Open House and Dedication

Rite of Passage Athletic Training Centers and Schools Sierra Ridge Academy held an Open House and Dedication Friday April 8th, 2011 to present the students with their new state of the art Dining Hall and kitchen.

Aptly named the President Grover Cleveland Dining Hall as the origins for the land Sierra Ridge Academy now resides on was deeded by President Cleveland under the Homestead Act of 1862 to the original owners in 1885.

The Dining Hall is a modern piece of art that will facilitate a campus eatery for the students who are in the Sierra Ridge Academy Program.

Dignitaries included California Assembly woman Kristen Olsen, who encouraged the young men to “never give up”, as she sat dining with them in the building.
